• Generated Content: Videos, images, music, characters, and other creative works you produce
• Payment Information: Processed securely through Stripe — we do not store credit card numbers
• Social Media Tokens: Access tokens for connected social platforms, stored encrypted
• Device Information: Browser type, IP address, device type for security and analytics

How We Use Your Data

We use your information to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Service
• Process your content generation requests
• Manage your account and subscriptions
• Publish content to your connected social media accounts
• Send service updates and important notifications
• Develop, train, fine-tune, and improve our and our providers’ AI models and platform features
• Prevent fraud and ensure platform security

Training our AI. To improve quality, we may use your inputs and the content you generate to develop, train, fine-tune, and evaluate artificial-intelligence models and the Service. We do not sell your content. If you would prefer your content not be used to train our models, you can opt out at any time by emailing us (see "Your Rights" below); this does not affect content already used or the processing needed to deliver the Service to you.

Third-Party Services

We integrate with the following third-party services:

• Google & YouTube: For account sign-in and YouTube video publishing
• Facebook / Meta: For account sign-in, Instagram and Facebook publishing
• TikTok: For account sign-in and TikTok video publishing
• Stripe: For secure payment processing
• Supabase: For database and authentication infrastructure
• AI model providers: For AI content generation

Data Storage, Security, and Retention

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard practices. We use row-level security so users can only access their own data. Access tokens are stored server-side and are never exposed to the client. All data transmission occurs over HTTPS/TLS encryption.

Retention. We keep your account data and generated content for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service. After you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal data within a reasonable period, except where we must retain certain information to comply with legal, tax, accounting, or security obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements. Backups are purged on a rolling schedule.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access: Request a copy of your personal data
• Delete: Request deletion of your account and associated data
• Export: Download your generated content and data
• Correct: Update or correct your personal information
• Disconnect: Remove connected social media accounts at any time
• Opt Out: Unsubscribe from non-essential communications, or ask us not to use your content to train our AI models

If you are in the European Economic Area or the UK, you also have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection, and the right to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority. We process your data to perform our contract with you, for our legitimate interests in operating and improving the Service, to comply with law, and — where required — with your consent.

California (CCPA/CPRA). If you are a California resident, you have the rights to know, access, correct, and delete the personal information we hold, and to not be discriminated against for exercising them. We do not sell or “share” your personal information as those terms are defined under California law.

No Sale of Personal Data
