Refund Policy

How Billing Works

Dreamz Studios has two parts to billing: a monthly membership and the credit you use to generate videos. The membership gives you access to the platform and a monthly allowance, and credit pays for the videos you produce. This policy explains when and how money or credit is returned to you.

Failed Renders

You are never charged for a video we don't deliver. If a video generation fails, the credit charged for that render is automatically refunded to your balance — no action is required on your part. The credit typically returns within a few minutes of the failure.

If a video completes but is clearly broken (for example, no audio where audio was expected, or scrambled output), contact us and we will review it and issue credit on a case-by-case basis.

Credit Top-Ups

Credit is sold at cost, with no markup, and it never expires. Because it doesn't expire, any credit you purchase remains available in your account for as long as you have one.

Purchased credit is generally non-refundable once it has been added to your balance, since it is always usable and carries no expiry. If you added a top-up by mistake and haven't spent any of it, you may request a refund of the unused balance within a short window after purchase, which we will consider at our discretion.

How to request a refund. Automatic refunds for failed renders are returned to your in-app credit balance. If you would like an eligible refund returned to your original payment method (for example, unused credit you purchased), email us at hello@dreamz.co.il from your account email and we'll review it within a few business days.

4.

Memberships

Monthly memberships can be cancelled at any time from your billing portal. When you cancel, you keep full access and any remaining minutes through the end of the period you've already paid for, and you are not charged again at renewal.

Partial months are not pro-rated or refunded. To cancel, open your billing page and choose "Manage subscription".

5.

Disputes and Exceptions

We'd rather hear from you before you open a dispute — most issues resolve faster and more fairly over email. To request a review of any charge or to ask about an exception, email us at horesh119@gmail.com with your account email and the relevant details. We aim to respond within a few business days.
